I am a user experience and visual based in Oregon. I am passionate about simplifying complex information and workflows, and making the internet a more compassionate, welcoming, and effective place to be.

My background is in theater (scene design, scenic art, and production management) and graphic design. After taking a career break for family reasons, I'm transitioning to UX/UI to leverage my strong visual design skills and my continuing education in UX. I love that design principles hold true no matter what medium you are working in (ask me about transitions!). I love crafting, bookbinding, and gardening, and I am an advocate for having a rich life outside of your work. I am a firm believer in the Oxford comma and in the idea that stories can change the world.

Thoughtful and compassionate designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for making technology more user-friendly. Over 20 years spent working with creative and technical teams to design impactful experiences.
